OutPatient Services

Introduction
FORE's Outpatient Services are designed for individuals who need professional mental health or addiction support while continuing to live at home and manage their everyday responsibilities. This flexible model of care ensures that quality treatment is accessible without requiring full residential admission, making it an ideal option for those in earlier stages of recovery or with less acute clinical needs.
Our Range of Services
Our outpatient programme offers a comprehensive range of services, including individual therapy sessions, group therapy and skills training, family therapy, medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and psychological assessments. We also provide specialised counselling for addiction, grief, relationship difficulties, and marital concerns, as well as dedicated adolescent counselling for younger clients.
We are always happy to help.
Additional outpatient offerings include educational workshops, mental health seminars, case management, coordination with other healthcare providers, and referrals to community support resources. Our outpatient services run Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Individual counselling sessions are 45 to 60 minutes, and clients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early for their first appointment to complete intake paperwork.
