InPatient Treatment

At FORE, our Inpatient Treatment Programme provides the highest level of structured, round-the-clock care for individuals facing severe mental health challenges or substance use disorders. Clients reside full-time at our facility in Portbell Luzira, immersed in a safe, supportive, and professionally supervised environment that is designed to promote lasting recovery.

Our residential programme is built on a foundation of holistic, evidence-based therapies. Each client receives a personalised treatment plan that integrates medical detox and medication management, psychiatric evaluation and ongoing psychiatric services, nutritional therapy, physical education, and a rich programme of psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Spiritual Therapy, Group Therapy, 12-Step Facilitation, Bibliotherapy, and Experiential Therapy.

Beyond individual treatment, our Case Management team coordinates each client's care, connecting them with the appropriate resources and ensuring continuity throughout their recovery journey. Inpatient fees cover all meals, accommodation, detoxification, and psychotherapy. We offer structured 90-day and 180-day programmes, each priced at UGX 3,000,000 per month, with a 50% deposit required upon admission.
