FORE's outpatient services are ideal for clients who require mental health support but prefer to continue living at home and fulfilling daily responsibilities. We offer one-on-one counseling, group therapy, family therapy, medication management, and psychological assessments โ tailored to address anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and more. We provide flexibility, confidentiality, and professional guidance for churches and families.

Whether you are navigating personal challenges, supporting a loved one, or looking for pastoral mental health care within your church, Hope Alive is here for you. When you call to make your first appointment, our intake team will ask a few questions to match you with the right counselor, explain our policies, and discuss fees.
Continuity of care matters. Please plan your sessions in advance and give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. All sessions are fully confidential. You are free to withdraw from counseling at any time.
